Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Davis Mills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a prime residential refurbishment project in Mayfair, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost planning and profit planning
  • Identification and valuation of variations
  • Claims notification and generation
  • Adjudication referrals
  • Detailed monthly cost/value reporting
  • Final Account settlement

The ideal candidate will have a strong contracting background, with experience in prime residential refurbishments. A background in high-end residential or grade listed buildings is highly desirable, but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to secure a role offering a very interesting scheme.
