About this role: We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to residents in our care home setting. Your main responsibilities will include helping to produce meals and creating a positive dining experience.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work closely with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and hospitality. You will be expected to contribute to a team environment, develop skills, and get to know our residents. We seek an individual who is committed to maintaining high kitchen standards and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or care setting, although formal qualifications are not necessary. What's more important is your ability to provide excellent customer service, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, we'd love to hear from you.
