Site Manager - Regional Contractor Building Data Centres

Job Description:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of data centres within the region.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage a team of skilled contractors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses.
  • Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
