Workshop Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd. As a Workshop Controller, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate workshop activity to meet customer requirements
  • Maximize workshop utilization and profitability
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective management and training techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
Requirements:
  • Main Dealer experience is essential
  • Experience within the Workshop Controller environment
  • Strong understanding of management and training techniques
  • Awareness of health and safety policies
  • Excellent time management skills
