Job Summary

ARM is seeking a highly skilled Lead Implementation Engineer to join our Systems IP team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI compute solutions using our cutting-edge IP. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development of outstanding solutions that address AI challenges in secure compute, large screen compute, infrastructure, and automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI compute solutions using ARM's IP
  • Collaborate with design teams to influence system micro-architecture and achieve the highest standards
  • Work with chip design partners to support their physical implementation success
  • Develop and lead implementation work to optimize performance, power, and area
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of large SoC systems integration, including power and physical architecture
  • Comprehensive knowledge of synthesis, place & route, clock tree synthesis, constraint development, timing closure, design for test, and hardware languages (Verilog/System Verilog)
  • Experience with writing and validating UPF
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
