The Priory Hospital Market Weighton is a CQC registered independent hospital that provides recovery-focused care and treatment for males with mental illness. We are seeking a skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and cooking meals for up to 20 individuals at a time using a small commercial kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To plan and cook meals for patients in a small commercial kitchen, ensuring that they are balanced, healthy, and meet dietary requirements.
  2. Maintain a sanitary kitchen environment by adhering to food safety policies and storage and refrigeration requirements.
  3. Assist in ordering and receiving deliveries for the kitchen, including maintaining stock levels and rotation.

You will work closely with our chefs to develop new recipes and menus that cater to patient preferences and dietary needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality food and exceptional patient care.
