Technical Publications Hub Manager

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Publications Hub Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality technical documentation across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships across departments to efficiently deliver projects.
  • Ensure clear content plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for all technical documentation projects.
  • Lead and support a team of technical authors, fostering a collaborative hybrid work environment.
  • Develop and maintain content standards, processes, and documentation in the Business Management System.
  • Explore new digital content formats such as videos and augmented reality.
  • Ensure compliance with export controls, health and safety regulations, and other business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or qualifications in English with a technical writing portfolio.
  • Strong experience with Madcap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, team leadership, and resource management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and drive content innovation.
