Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring contracts and agreements are in place for all suppliers, negotiating renewals, and managing the contract database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contracts and agreements are in place for all suppliers
  • Negotiate renewals and manage the contract database
  • Work on cost savings initiatives and manage the savings database
  • Complete monthly self-assessment ASAT tool
  • Support the Procurement Manager in different tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in Indirect Purchasing with a manufacturing background
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Contract management experience
