Kitchen Team Supervisor Opportunity

Manchester Salford Media City Premier Inn is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

This is a permanent contract with guaranteed hours (40 hours per week over 5 days), providing stability and predictability in your work schedule. With an estimated salary of up to £13.04 per hour, this role offers a competitive remuneration package.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to prepare, cook and serve our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes;
  • Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction;
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and supplier relationships;


Requirements
  • Previous catering experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Familiarity with Premier Inn's products and services;
