About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the North UK region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase overall sales of Commercial and Cooling solutions
  • Expand the current project pipeline by establishing clear growth of Heating and Cooling solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including M+E consultants, BMS and M+E contractors, and HVAC merchants/wholesalers
  • Specify products to M+E consultants and provide technical product and application support
  • Deliver product and application trainings, including CPD, seminars, and training
  • Work with other divisions of Danfoss, sharing knowledge and sales leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering solutions and working with customers and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand perspectives
  • Experience of selling solutions into Developers, Main contractors, Local authority, and Housing Associations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate to different audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and build relationships with a wide range of people and organisations
  • Good organisation skills, with the ability to track priorities, work to deadlines, and manage projects
  • Existing knowledge of account and key account management, CRM systems, and growth mindset
