About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment.
  • Engage with customers to validate their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by using in-depth product knowledge and offering tailored samples.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing till area.
  • Support the store's sales targets by promoting products creatively and working as part of a team to exceed goals.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring till point displays are well-stocked and ready for our customers to shop from.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
