We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Connected Health. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes across Northern Ireland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional care and support to service users, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • To participate in the on-call phone system during weekends and cover duties in the absence of the Area Manager.
  • To shadow new staff members and ensure they receive comprehensive training and induction within designated areas.
  • To report any concerns, grievances, or complaints to the Area Manager promptly.
  • To maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards NVQ Level 3).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in Domiciliary Care.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
