Simpson Judge Ltd is a reputable specialist law firm in the UK, seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their friendly and expanding team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer to work on a wide range of residential property transactions, including straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experience as a fee earner within residential property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release.
  • Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction, including post-completion.
  • Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling.
  • Business development through building relationships with estate agents, other introducers of work, and local community networking.
  • Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • At least two years of PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experience as a fee earner within residential property.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no administrative support.
  • Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files.
  • Presentation of a professional image both electronically, verbally, and face-to-face with clients.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Eager to progress in your career.
