Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Liverpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of women who have been discharged from secure services and have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to women, promoting their dignity and confidentiality
  • Assist with budgeting, managing mental health, and developing life skills
  • Support service users into community opportunities and help them achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
Requirements
  • Passion for empowering women and promoting their health and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use judgement and common sense to achieve the best possible results
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
