RECfinancial is seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Coordinator to join its team in Leicestershire. This part-time position, 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in payroll management to develop their skills and contribute to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tax and NI regulations and be proficient in Sage Line 50 and Time and Attendance systems. With a supportive team and training provided, this role is perfect for someone looking to strengthen their payroll expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll from start to finish, including starters, leavers, pay increases, and annual leave.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, holiday entitlement, and shifts worked using T&A and paperwork systems.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar payroll role is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as NEST pension and 28 days' holiday including bank holidays. Free parking is also available on site.
