About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to join our MBA student recruitment team at the University of Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the conversion of learners from Henley Senior Leader Apprenticeship programmes to MBA and Master's programmes, as well as recruitment to the DBA and other appropriate programmes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders, including clients and prospects
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong business development and recruitment experience, preferably within a higher education or business services environment
