This is a permanent, part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week, term time only (36 +2 weeks per year).
About the Role
We are seeking a Student Experience Facilitator to join our team at Wiltshire College & University Centre, playing a key role in creating a supportive and enriching environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Action from Insights: Gather and analyse student feedback using surveys, focus groups, and other tools to inform targeted initiatives.
- Empower Student Leaders: Support the recruitment, training, and development of Student Alliance members and student governors.
- Build a Vibrant Community: Promote and assist in the growth of student-led clubs, societies, sports, and social activities.

We seek a proactive, problem-solving individual with creative energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student engagement.
Location
The role is based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, with opportunities to work across our campuses.
