Real Estate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Administrator to join our team at Northumberland County Council. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks, including property maintenance, repairs, and reporting.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of properties, including coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders;
- Preparing and submitting reports and documentation as required;
- Collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,584 - £27,269 per annum and a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays and automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme. If you are a highly organized and motivated individual with experience in real estate administration, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a full-time position, but applications on a secondment or part-time basis would be considered for the right applicant.
