Job Description:

Head of Operational Resilience - Training & Governance

London / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver regular operational resilience communications and learning programs
  • Implement and educate the organization on our operating model blueprint, ensuring appropriate roles, responsibilities, and governance are in place
  • Develop and implement operational resilience controls and metrics to identify risks
  • Compile accurate and effective operational resilience reporting to executive committees, boards, and regulators
  • Support the Group Director of Operational Resilience in executing the strategic direction across the enterprise for operational resilience

Requirements:

  • Operational resilience experience gained in a large corporate or complex business environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven approach, with analytical and problem-solving skills gained in a financial, regulatory, or risk environment
  • Strong understanding of global operational resilience regulatory requirements
