About the Position

This role requires a skilled and dedicated individual to work closely with students who need additional support in Physics. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Physics, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver effective mentoring sessions, tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic excellence and student success.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas where additional support is needed, and developing strategies to address these challenges.
Requirements
  • A degree in Physics from a top UK university is essential.
  • High grades in A-Level Physics are required.
  • A proven track record of successfully mentoring students, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
