We are looking for a Corporate Responsibility Leader to drive our company's ESG and sustainability initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive ESG and sustainability strategy, as well as ensuring compliance with the BSI 14001 Standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with our company's mission, values, and long-term objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report Scope 1, 2 & 3 data to demonstrate environmental impact and progress.
  • Improve the BSI 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) to maintain certification.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG and sustainability collaboration and support.
  • Plan and execute sustainability programs emphasizing resource efficiency, responsible sourcing, and circular economy principles.
  • Ensure ethical practices throughout our operations, including fair labor, diversity, and anti-corruption measures.
  • Develop partnerships with local communities contributing to philanthropic activities, volunteerism, and community-based projects.
  • Publish annual ESG and sustainability reports adhering to relevant regulations, global reporting frameworks, and investor disclosure requirements.
  • Mitigate ESG and sustainability-related risks through proactive measures and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ESG, sustainability, business, or a related field (Masters' degree preferred).
  • Leadership experience in ESG & Sustainability, preferably within the workplace technology industry.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-function teams toward ESG & sustainability goals.
  • Strong commitment to advancing social responsibility and sustainability as drivers of positive change.
  • Experience in sustainability management and strategy development.

The estimated salary for this position is around $118,000 per year, based on location and experience.
