Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team at our KFF Aylesford Depot in Kent. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for planning and managing stock levels for multi-temp products across various categories and locations.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for customer demand and balance stock levels in accordance with maximum stock holding guidelines.
- Place orders with suppliers across Europe to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct daily stock counts in the warehouse and accurately capture information onto Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and our in-house Chorus system.
- Investigate discrepancies in major stock variances as part of quality control and waste management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience with Chorus and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
