About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our Installations Team in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our installations team and customers, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all aspects of the installation process, from conception to completion, in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.
  • Liaise with the Installation Manager to deliver up-to-date information on installation progress and potential problems.
  • Carry out on-site RAMS processes, ensuring all on-site risks have been identified and stringent control measures have been put in place.
  • Install pipework and supervise the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and sub-contractors on site.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles, requiring a good level of fitness.
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' 1 in 6 rota.
  • Current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
