About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Team Lead to join our Installations Team at Selwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our installations team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and oversee all direct and indirect workers on site, including third parties employed by Selwood.
  • Ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that the quality of equipment is fit for purpose before an installation begins.
  • Manage health and safety on site, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Participate in a call-out rota and be available to work overtime outside of your normal working hours.

Requirements

  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and a good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' rota.
  • A current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
