About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Rowlands Pharmacy as a Healthcare Partner. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities by delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a critical role in the success of our branches, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Establish strong connections with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Support the delivery of pharmacy services, providing accessible and comprehensive health solutions
  • Serve as a representative for Rowlands Pharmacy, promoting the company and engaging with the community on a daily basis
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certification.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate effective time management, meet deadlines, and showcase ability to work independently
  • Prior customer service training is advantageous but not necessary
