Clark Contracts Ltd, a leading main contractor since 1978, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Construction, Housing and Retail divisions. This full-time, permanent position offers a long and successful career with opportunities for growth and development.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, typically valued at £10 million+. You will work closely with the Bid team to develop comprehensive bid proposals and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in estimating large-scale construction projects, with a solid understanding of building methods, materials, and UK construction standards. Strong knowledge of estimation software and experience working with SBCC, NEC3/3, JCT contracts is essential.
