Job Description

Construction Estimator - Data Centres Dublin & Glasgow

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at LJB & Co. This role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates for data centre construction projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and 5+ years of experience in estimating roles. Data centre CSA commercial experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed and precise estimates for data centre construction projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope and cost requirements
  • Cordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and evaluate cost competitiveness
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure the project stays within budget

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualified in Quantity Surveying
  • 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role
  • Data centre CSA commercial experience preferred
