  • Oversee the delivery of safety and wellbeing services in our Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs)

  • Conduct regular site visits and report on building safety risks
  • Communicate with stakeholders and residents on building safety issues
  • Champion residents' concerns and engage with stakeholders on safety matters
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of building safety and relevant legislation
  • Appropriate qualifications or willingness to study for a Diploma in Building Safety Management
  • Thorough knowledge of safety legislation, regulation, and best practices
  • Confidence and experience in liaising at a high level and challenging on building safety-related work
