Year 6 Education Professional Wanted in Derby

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join our team at a primary school in Derby. As a key member of the teaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will teach a Year 6 class and contribute to the overall success of the school. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational experiences and promote student development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of Year 6 students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering regular feedback to students and parents
  • Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational experiences and support student development

The estimated salary for this role is £162-£250 per day (M1 to M6 Main Pay Range). The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks. A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history is also required, along with the legal right to work in the UK.
