We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic education team in a primary school in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with children, a nurturing approach, and the ability to support classroom activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that support the diverse needs of children.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to children who require additional support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Help children develop essential skills, such as literacy, numeracy and social skills, through structured activities and interventions.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support ongoing assessment and planning.
