Kintec Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Offshore Operations Manager to lead our subsea projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for supporting the Production/Operation team and providing technical support to internal pre-project activities.
  • Additionally, you will need to participate in the elaboration of the execution plan for the identified subsea intervention plan and coordinate the execution offshore.
  • Design of the facilities will also be a key aspect of this role, requiring safe design compliance with company policies and international standards & regulations.

The successful candidate will have a Master or MSc degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the subsea industry.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £75,000 per year plus a 20% bonus.
