About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts, with a primary focus on expanding our product lines within these accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with 10-15 existing retail accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Business Development: Develop a deep understanding of each account's needs, challenges, and opportunities, and identify opportunities to introduce additional product lines within your assigned accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share within your portfolio, monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including targeting potential new retail partners, and conduct market research to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product offerings, and provide feedback from clients to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships, a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, and a strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
