We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team in Guildford. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the busy Business Support team in managing the recovery of premiums, investigating and reporting the status of live aged policies, and providing assistance in the administration of policies such as processing premiums.
This role would suit a recent finance graduate or a confident administrator/customer service professional who is interested in moving into a growing business and someone who is looking for personal growth & development
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Support team in managing the recovery of premiums
- Investigate and report the status of live aged policies
- Provide assistance in the administration of policies such as processing premiums
- Develop strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and third parties
- Understand and apply policy wordings
