Job Overview

About the Position

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in business development or consultative sales within the corporate sector.
  • Strong background in selling research, advisory, or consultancy services to senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with C-suite executives, develop trust, and navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently and manage your own portfolio of clients.
  • Familiarity with policy and regulatory environments affecting corporations is a strong plus.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary up to £150,000 and an estimated total earnings (OTE) potential of circa £250,000 - £300,000, depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and develop corporate accounts: selling research and advisory services to senior decision-makers across the UK and European markets.
  • Lead generation: strategically identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and building a robust pipeline.
  • End-to-end sales management: overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless process that maximises revenue opportunities.
  • Market expansion: developing and executing a strategy for penetrating untapped markets, leveraging your network to open doors to new clients, attending events and roundtables to bring in new clients.
  • Reporting & insights: providing detailed sales tracking, reporting, and feedback to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: continuously monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and policy developments to stay informed and position offerings effectively.
