Job Title: Education Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Red Rose School in Preston. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students in a classroom setting, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
