Operations Associate Role at Gopuff

Gopuff is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our Site Leaders to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers with precision and efficiency
  • Receive and inspect product from vendors, ensuring accurate inventory management and resolving any discrepancies
  • Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
  • Manage waste and spoilage through effective inventory control and FIFO practices
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or restaurant environment (desired but not required)
  • Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm - 2am
  • Basic working knowledge of web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs. repetitively
