In collaboration with Tradewind Recruitment, a progressive 2-form entry school in the Enfield area is looking for a skilled Primary Teacher to cover a Year 2 class on a long-term basis.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment. They will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the school's inclusive community.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and promote a positive school culture
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver the National Curriculum to students aged 6-7
- To manage classroom resources and maintain a safe and organised learning environment
