We are seeking an experienced KS1 educator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education to students with special needs. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:- Teach a class of up to 28 students with the support of 2 Teaching Assistants
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Qualified teacher with experience in supporting students with special needs
- Strong knowledge of ASC, ADHD, and SLCN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
