Civil Design Engineer (Infrastructure) Opportunity

VickerStock is working with a leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy to recruit a Civil Design Engineer to join their talented Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for various elements of civil infrastructure schemes. You will work closely with the team to develop design packages and civil drawings using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, Civils 3D, PDS, and Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare design solutions for civil infrastructure schemes
  • Develop design packages and civil drawings
  • Work effectively under pressure, to deadlines, and as part of a team
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver complex infrastructure projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or a related construction discipline
  • Civil design experience, preferably on civil infrastructure projects using the design packages noted above
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, to deadlines, and as part of a team
  • 1-5 years' experience in a similar role
