We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission-critical applications and infrastructure across traditional datacentre and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining our systems to the highest standards of security and efficiency
  • Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to support business growth and innovation
  • Provide strategic expertise to ensure effective management of our infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality services and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A further education qualification in a computing subject or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering and maintaining IT services and solutions in a mission-critical environment
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange Server Administration
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working within an ITIL environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
