About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment, care planning, and delivery of high-quality patient care.

The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical advice and guidance to colleagues. They will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to colleagues
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nurse practitioner, clinical specialist)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
