Bubble CiTea is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse administration or similar roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the warehouse team and other departments. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of bubble tea equipment, ingredients, and supplies. Receive, count, and inspect incoming shipments to verify contents and quality.
  • Document Management: Assist in managing office paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery records. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and data accuracy.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment with the warehouse team.
  • Safety Procedures: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and warehouse productivity. Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

A competitive salary around £28,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
