Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Property Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for providing Building Surveying support for our operational business.

About the Role:

You will assist with maintaining asset value, compliance with legislation, lease obligations and other property-related matters. This will involve undertaking Building Surveying activities such as dilapidation assessments, condition surveys, procurement of new works and management of external consultants and advisors.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven experience as a Building surveyor working for a large organisation is preferable
  • MRICS / MCIOB qualified
  • Strong management and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Driving licence required.
