Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and learning experiences
- Collaborate with the Room Manager to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our children
- Support the Room Manager in maintaining a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being and development of our children
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with our company values and standards
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000, with opportunities for performance-related bonuses
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a 4-day 36 hour week or 5-day 40 hour week, up to 32 days of holiday, and a personal development fund of £100 per year
- Access to our N Academy, offering funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development
- A family-friendly benefits package, including fostering/neonatal leave, enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Shared Parental leave pay after 2 years of continuous service
- Childcare discount of 40% and emergency childcare: 6 back-up childcare days in any of our nurseries
