Sacco Mann has been entrusted to find an exceptional Private Client Partner to join a renowned law firm in Congleton. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to develop the department alongside other partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Initiatives: Take part in business development initiatives on behalf of the firm, expanding your professional network and contributing to the firm's growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise junior members of staff in the private client team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Client Relationships: Attend to clients with their private client needs, maintaining exceptional relationships and upholding the law firm's high standard of client care.
- Department Development: Contribute to the development of the private client department, working alongside other partners to drive success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law, be ambitious in their long-term career goals, and possess the confidence to develop the department.
