Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a high-quality admissions service to support the growth of GBS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborating with the Admissions Team to deliver a fair, efficient, and transparent admissions process.
  • Managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with GBS requirements and relevant systems.
  • Inputting and correcting applicant data, preparing statistical returns, and providing advice on course options.
  • Offering a quality customer-focused service, providing initial support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures.
  • Conducting initial checks on applications, monitoring responses, and updating student records.
  • Supporting Open days and contributing to the delivery of a proactive and inclusive admissions process.
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with demanding individuals, resolving problems, and exercising initiative.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and ability to balance a diverse workload.
  • Excellent customer service ethos, ability to establish and maintain professional relationships, and adapt to change.
  • Proactive, responsive, motivated, and approachable with a methodical and organized approach to work.
  • Commitment to working as part of a team and maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
