About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Inverness. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally and speedily, both over the phone and face to face
  • Be a point of contact for various UPS departments
  • Provide customer counter cover – receiving packages that need exporting and assisting with customer collections
  • Perform inventory control in holds cage
  • Action changes of addresses; future deliveries of packages and ensure packages available for pick-up
  • Ownership of damage inspections

Requirements

  • Polite, professional confident communication skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific and targeted environment
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Self-motivation, a well-organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Any experience in a similar environment would come in handy
