The Role: Director of Strategic Initiatives

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Managing Partner's team as a Director of Strategic Initiatives. As a key member of our GTM Search office, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Global Managing Partner, Head of Search, GTM, GPMPs, and Directors of Search, GTM. You will further our organization's position as an industry leader in executive search, leadership assessment & development, team & organization effectiveness, culture shaping, on-demand talent, and digital solutions.

You will work closely with all members of the Office of GTM Search and the Management Committee EAs to provide project and administrative support to all GTM initiatives. This includes researching information, creating documentation (presentations, reports), and executing solutions as a Project Manager. Your tasks will also include tracking GTM activities, capturing data in Latitude, synthesizing information, and drafting narratives on behalf of GTM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management and administrative support to the Global Managing Partner, Head of Search, GTM, GPMPs, and Directors of Search, GTM.
  • Develop and maintain processes to track GTM activities.
  • Capture and synthesize information to draft narratives on behalf of GTM.
  • Support the team for Global and Regional Consultant Conferences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Considerable project management experience managing multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines within a professional services setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present data from various sources.
  • Proven communicator with excellent writing skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. Based on your qualifications and location, we estimate an annual salary of $110,000-$140,000, plus bonuses and additional benefits. Please note that this is just an estimate and actual compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
