About the Role

This Supervising Social Worker position offers a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. You will be responsible for leading a team of foster carers and ensuring that the children's care and development needs are met within placements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in children's services and foster care delivery, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of foster carers.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication, passion, and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Lead a team of foster carers to provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  2. Recruit, assess, and approve new foster carers
  3. Present written reports to the fostering panel
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with foster carers and children
