Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Social Housing Contractor in Kent.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of projects while ensuring financial efficiency is achieved.

This includes reviewing applications for payments, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and providing commercial insight to ensure target margins are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and review individual contractor accounts
  • Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Negotiate agreement variations with the supply chain
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve project goals

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in budget management, and have strong communication skills.
